SHIPPING & RETURNS

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return the items.  Please contact us through the Live Chat or submit a Support Form on our website, we will help you as soon as we can and try to keep the return process simple and easy for you.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the shipping charges ( for international orders ).  We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt.  Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
